Introduction:

Automatic Weighing Flat Labeling Machine combines a checkweighing system and a flat surface labeling machine into one compact unit. When products are placed on the conveyor, they first pass through the checkweighing system, where their weight is displayed on a screen. The system calculates whether the product is over or underweight. Any product deemed out of specification is automatically rejected and pushed into a collection bin by a cylinder.

Conforming products proceed to the labeling machine for automatic labeling. Labels can be pre-made or printed in real-time using an industrial label printer.
